"I'm speaking now to the MSAs. Do something educational, reach out to the students."

Shiekh Hamza Yousuf
MSA National 44th Continental Conference

Asalaamu Alaikum Warahmatullah Wabarakatuhu,

I pray this this email finds you in the highest Imaan and peace in these last few days of Ramadan.

In light of growing anti-Islamic sentiments on college campuses, MSA National launched a national 'Peace...Not Prejudice' Campaign this September.

In less than a month over 50 MSAs across the US and Canada have signed-up to hold 'Peace...Not Prejudice' (PnP) events this October. Join this national movement to unite our campuses and dispel stereotypes.

The PnP campaign is a pro-active and positive effort to combat misconceptions about Islam and Muslims without falling into the framework of intolerant groups seeking to marginalize Muslims and defame Islam. Instead of stooping to the level of a gutter debate, MSA National is spearheading the national PnP campaign as yet another example of American Muslims proactively extending their hands in peace to their fellow students, professors and local college communities.

The PnP Campaign kit will offer you a step-by-step guide of how your MSA chapter can successfully run a PnP Campaign on your local campus.

To obtain a free kit and if you have further questions or concerns, contact Ms. Asma Rehman, MSA National Peace...Not Prejudice Coordinator at 703-820-7900 or from your school e-mail address. A list of materials and resources is available at http://www.msanational.org/projects/pnp/.

Join students today in fighting prejudice and making 'Peace...Not Prejudice' a successful national campaign!

Waalyakum Massalam,

Asma Mirza
President
MSA National
